I had a great stay at this hotel in January. The rooms were clean, warm, and functional, with all necessary amenities provided. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with a nice Italian restaurant nearby and a cafe in Sainsbury's just up the road for breakfast.
All was well, no complaints.

Calm area next to the hotel. Apart from that, St Andrew's Church was 5 minutes away by driving. We loved our coffee with goodies at the juice smith.

Location was convenient for my needs. Free internet was helpful. Rooms were clean.
No restaurant or bar available. Surroundings and car park were uninviting.

Our stay was pleasant, the hotel and room was nice and cosy, very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again if I had another event in Painshill.

This was possibly the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in. Car Park and Entrance was hideous - unkempt, overgrown, untidy and thoroughly unwelcoming! Upon check in staff were extremely unhelpful, unacommodating and unwilling to help. Room was basic ( but at least clean - as should only be expected anyway) - no curtains but old and broken blinds which did not supply suffiecient coverage - window latch was broken and thus unsecured and on the ground floor so slightly disconcerting! Shower overflowed and so nigh on flooded the bathroom floor. All staff were ignorant and not so much as glanced away from the tv screen in reception - they did not notice who was entering and made no attempt to notice persons entering and exiting. No restaurant but customers could use the restaurant/bar located beside - which was also - on the outside - unkempt and dingy in fact we thought was closed. However inside the restaurant it was clean and welcoming with extremely attentive and helpful staff and the food was also excellent (qua price/choice/quality and taste) Overall this was a huge dissapointment - considering the high price. Please guide this 'hotel' to sharpen its act - an all fronts

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding, especially considering the expensive area it is located in. Furthermore, the staff are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, with adequate facilities. Additionally, the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the nearby cafe in Sainsburys, is convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast.
All was well, no improvements needed.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the overpriced area it is located in. The rooms are tidy and clean, with adequate facilities and attention to detail. The staff is pleasant and friendly, providing good service throughout our stay. We were fortunate to find a very nice Italian restaurant nearby for dinner, and there is a cafe in Sainsburys up the road where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory and met our expectations.
